Instant Reference Sources, Inc. is a woman-owned small business. It was chartered in 1986 in Texas but the office now is in Monroe, GA. Always on the leading edge of innovation, we were one of the first publishers of electronic books, with a first edition of a 1987 e-book on chemical protective clothing (gloves, suits and boots).

What we do.

The company provides consulting services in several areas including: environmental monitoring (sampling & analysis and QA/QC), chemical, biological, and radiological anti-terrorism (also including expert systems), training (including workshops and conference organization), and expert witness consulting, depositions and testimony).

How we work.

Dr. Lawrence H. Keith has 40+ years of experience in environmental sampling and analysis, including extensive writing and training with QA/QC issues, Performance Based Measurement Systems (PBMS), and EPA's Data Quality Objective (DQO) process. Dr. Keith is the primary consultant; additional scientists are sub-contracted as needed.
