    Professional Experience:

    Mr. Cutz has over twenty years of progressive experience in working within multi-disciplinary Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) teams. Public relations experience in promoting OH&S concepts and solutions. Recognized for strong leadership, communication and team-building skills. He is familiar with the organization and administration of occupational health programs; the anticipation, recognition, evaluation and control of occupational hazards, with particular emphasis on chemical and physical hazards. In addition, he has experience with the design principles for industrial ventilation and applicability of ventilation design equations with respect to dust/fume control including the design of local exhaust systems and the selection criteria for air pollution control equipment.

    As Manager of Occupational Hygiene at T. Harris Environmental Management Inc., Mr. Cutz is responsible for all aspects of Industrial Hygiene sampling. He has performed well over 100 Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) surveys and Mould Assessments of large commercial office buildings and school facilities. Over the last 15 years, he has completed numerous Designated Substances Surveys and provided appropriate control or remediation measures to clients.

      For example, Mr. Cutz has conducted numerous mould assessments related to water damaged insurance claims in both residential properties as well as commercial properties. In addition, Mr. Cutz has performed several industrial hygiene assessments on construction sites, including assessments for wood dust, lead particulates, solvents, polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), fiberglass, asbestos, silica and mercury.
